YOGA FOR WELLBEING
Yoga is an inclusive practice that is accessible to EVERYBODY. If you can breathe you can do yoga.
Yoga combines physical movement building strength, flexibility & stability in the body with breathing & meditation techniques that soothe the nervous system to calm the body & mind. Yoga helps us to find a little more equilibrium in our relentlessly busy mind that modern day culture has created, which allows us to find moments of inner stillness. A yoga practice also creates a greater sense of self awareness as we learn to listen to our body. The result is an improved state of physical, mental & emotional wellbeing.

How can yoga improve your wellbeing?
MEET SALLY
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 6 years & a regular practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible & more connected with myself physically & mentally. Having spent many years with a Buying career in a corporate fast paced fashion environment, I was seeking a way of managing the stress this brought with it. Yoga enabled me to find a little more balance both on the mat & within my busy schedule.
I will be a forever student of this practice & continue to learn everyday from many different teachers. I am a Yoga Alliance accredited teacher, firstly completing my 250hr training with Sam Rao's Yoga School, followed by Prenatal, Postnatal & Mother & Baby Yoga with Sally Parkes & SUP yoga with SUP Yoga Malta. Yoga has the power to transform lives for the better, so I want to share my knowledge & passion for yoga to inspire & support the community in their own journey to improved wellbeing.
My classes are Hatha based, awakening & aligning the body with a mixture of static postures & playful flows. Using yoga to take our awareness inward, learning to listen to our body, cultivating stillness & connecting the body & mind through movement, breathwork & meditation.
My goal is for each student to leave the class feeling mentally, emotionally, energetically & physically better than when they walked in.
